We understand that every customer is unique and we strive to meet their specific needs. Our aim is to build strong and lasting relationships with them, offering not only quality products, but also an exceptional service that sets us apart from our competitors.
Our sales department comprises 10 people in three specialist teams, and ensures that our customers' needs are met with professionalism, efficiency and a heightened awareness of our social and environmental impact. The administrative, human resources, marketing, IT, logistics and quality support functions are all interdependent and share the same principles.

Thanks to their mastery of regulations and cultural specificities, they are able to develop lasting partnerships on a European scale, working closely together to achieve common goals. Their approach also pays particular attention to the specific business practices of each country.

The purchasing team is essential to our value chain. They select the best products and suppliers to guarantee the quality and sustainability of NEABIO products. Their commitment and rigour ensure that our supplies meet the highest standards. They also make sure that our suppliers share our Social and Environmental Responsibility values, establishing close-knit relationships for mutual growth that respects the environment and human rights.
Together, these three teams, totalling 10 people, put their specialist skills at the service of our company and our customers. They are united by the strong values that define our company today: excellence, commitment and passion for their profession.

Our logistics department and state-of-the-art eco-designed platform boost our performance and reliability. Our advanced computerised logistics system ensures that our teams work in a modern and comfortable environment. Stock management is optimised with precise coordination and real-time traceability. Consignments are compliant with specifications and punctual, so that we meet the high expectations of our customers and partners every day.

Our quality department plays a crucial role in customer satisfaction. It implements a system and procedures and promotes them through certification and official recognition (Bio Suisse, Demeter, Démarche Qualité, Global Gap CoC, IFS logistics, BNN membership). It also carries out audits and monitors producers and their plantations to guarantee the distribution of quality products.
United by strong values, they maintain transparent, caring and co-constructive relationships with our producers. This collective work makes a real difference.
